Is Leo an actual alien or not!

"That's what they came for! The magic man! One more Messi moment and Argentina are alive!"
                                                                                                                                         ~ Peter Drury

Do you guys know why Messi is called an alien or GOAT (Greatest Of All Times)? Duh, of course, it's because of his skills and expertise in his field, which is football. But doesn't it interest you how precisely he dribbles the ball and overtakes it from his opponent's team? It is purely due to his experience and practice that makes him such an expert in his field.

This is caused by a type of learning called Perceptual Learning. Perceptual learning is a process where a repeated experience of a set of stimuli makes it easier for you to distinguish between the different stimuli. The repeated exposure to a stimulus can change how you perceive the stimulus. This form of learning happens among sports players, musicians, and even artists. They get accustomed to the stimulus, and due to the numerous repeated exposures, they gain expertise. They know almost all the different variations and combinations of stimuli that can come, be it sports, music, or art. Due to this, they gain expertise in their field.

So, returning to Messi, he started playing at a very young age, and due to this, he can identify each player's movements in and out of the field and tackle most of the problems that come in front of him during the match. This is why he has so much control in the game and has become one of the finest players in the world. (respects!! ♚💪😌)

(Aiwaaa!! Just look at it. It's just a pleasure to the eyes 😌😇)

When perceptual learning happens without training, it is called mere exposure learning. Neuroplasticity of the brain also plays a crucial role in perceptual learning, and it involves specific changes in the brain's structure and function. Suppose you compare the brain areas of a piano artist and an average human. In that case, their brain structures may vary as the piano artists might have more brain regions dedicated to their finger function, as they spend a lot of their time playing piano, with extensive use of fingers.
So, that's it for today!! See you next week!

PS:
Folks! Don't forget to watch Messi's next match! Have fun. See y'all..👋👋
